Turkey Escalopes in a Creamy Sauce


For 4 Persons





1 or 2 Turkey Escalopes per person

2 handful of button mushrooms

1 pack of diced bacon

1/2 diced onion and  1 crushed garlic clove

200ml of double cream

butter, salt, pepper

400g of fresh pasta


  1. In a pan, melt a knob of butter and gently fry onion, garlic, mushrooms and bacon. Put aside.
  2. Melt some more butter in the pan and fry the turkey escalopes in medium heat for 10 mn.
  3. Add the mushrooms, bacon, onion and garlic to the turkey escalopes and pour the cream. Gently cook for 2 to 3 min.
  4. In the meantime, add the fresh pasta to some boiling water and boil for 3 min. Drain the pasta.
  5. Dish out the turkey escalopes with a bit of sauce and mix the pasta with the rest of the sauce.
