On mange quoi aujourd'hui chez Maryline?

Tartiflette; reblochon cheese dish from the Savoy region


 for 4 persons





300g of potatoes

1 pack of diced bacon

1 onion

1 reblochon cheese

1 glass of white wine

sour cream or crème fraîche

butter, salt and pepper


  1. In melted butter, gently brown the diced bacon and onion.
  2. Peel the potatoes and slice them very thinly.
  3. Boil them for 5mn and leave them to cool.
  4. Mix salt and pepper in 2 soupspoons of creme fraiche.
  5. In an ovenproof dish, put in the potatoes, the bacon, the onion and creme fraiche. Mix well.
  6. Add the white wine.
  7. Cut in two the Reblochon cheese.
  8. Take off the crust and put them on top of the dish.
  9. Cook in a preheated oven for 30 mn at 200°.

Serve with a green salad.
