On mange quoi aujourd'hui chez Maryline?

Fillet of Plaice with pasta/ spinach and ricotta cheese

FILLET OF PLAICE WITH PASTA/ SPINACH AND RICOTTA CHEESE

for 4 persons

 

4 fillets of plaice

fresh pasta- it depends how much you want to eat!

500 g of fresh spinach

1 pot of ricotta cheese

parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

 

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  2. In a pan, add some boiling water and put the spinach on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain.
  3. Once cold, mix the spinach in a food processor.
  4. In a saucepan, add the spinach and the ricotta cheese and cook for 10 mn on a low heat.
  5. Boil some water in a deep saucepan with a pinch of salt and add the pasta. The fresh pasta usually cooks for 4 minutes.
  6. While the pasta is cooking, fry the fish in a knob of butter for 2 minutes each side on high heat.
  7. Drain the pasta and add the spinach and ricotta preparation. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and season.
  8. Serve with the fillet of plaice.
