On mange quoi aujourd'hui chez Maryline?

Potato Rosti Ardèche region Style

For 4 persons

 

 

4 potatoes of medium size

1 egg

2 crushed garlic gloves

1 diced shalot- optional

Fresh parsley

salt and pepper

Butter and oil

 

  1. Peel the spuds, rinse them under water and dry them up.
  2. Grate the potatoes.
  3. In a salad dish, mix the egg, parsley, shalot and garlic. Season.
  4. Add the grated potatoes to the preparation and mix well.
  5. Melt a knob of butter along with some oil.
  6. Add the potatoes and flat them like a pancake.
  7. Cook for 10 min on each side on medium heat.

Best served with a green salad and roast meat
