SMOOTH CAKE WITH YOGHURT AND APPLES

4 persons

 1 plain yoghurt greek style

1/2 pot of yoghurt of oil

2 pots of yoghurts of sugar

3 pots of yoghurts of flour

2 eggs

1 lemon zest

2 Golden apples

Note: the yoghurt is used as an ingredient but the pot of yoghurt is also used as unit of measurement!

1. In a dish, mix all the ingredient with the sliced apples.
2. Preheat the oven at 180°.
3. In a buttered cake dish, pour the mixture and cook for around 30 minutes!
