Light Chocolate Mousse

LIGHT CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

(no double cream nor added sugar)

for 4 persons

 

 

1 bar of chocolate

5 eggs

butter

 

  1. In a small saucepan, melt a knob of butter along with the pieces of chocolate until creamy.
  2. Separate the eggwhites from the yolks and reserve 2 yolks.
  3. Add the yolks once the chocolate has cooled off and mix well.
  4. Beat the eggwhites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
  5. Add the chocolate to the eggwhites delicately.
  6. Put in the fridge for 2 or 3 hours before serving! Yummy!
