Greek Tzatziki with French Fromage blanc or Greek Yoghurt
GREEK TZATZIKI WITH FRENCH FROMAGE BLANC
or GREEK YOGHURT
4 persons
1 big pot of fromage blanc
1/2 cucumber
1 or 2 glove(s) of garlic
salt and pepper
1 soup spoon of olive oil
mint (optional)

Grate the cucumber (easier with a food processor)

Mix it to the fromage blanc with the crushed garlic, salt and pepper, olive oil and some fresh mint

Put in the fridge and serve chilled with some bread: ideal in the summer days for the apéritif or as a starter!
